Student Support and Welfare Policy and Procedure
Milcom are committed to providing all students with access to appropriate support and welfare services to enhance their learning experience and wellbeing. This includes academic support, career guidance, language and literacy assistance, counselling referrals, and access to external support services where needed.
Support is provided in a fair, confidential, and timely manner, and students are encouraged to discuss any issues that may affect their studies. All services are delivered in accordance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 and relevant legislation, ensuring students’ rights, privacy, and wellbeing are respected.
