Student Code of Conduct Policy and Procedure
We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all students. This Student Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour expected of students while engaged in training, assessment, and any related activities.
Students are expected to act with integrity, respect others, comply with all reasonable instructions, and adhere to applicable policies and procedures. Behaviour that is discriminatory, harassing, disruptive, or unsafe will not be tolerated.
Breaches of the Student Code of Conduct are managed in accordance with our procedures and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015, ensuring fairness, natural justice, and the right to appeal.
