Deferment, Suspension and Cancellation Policy and Procedure
Milcom recognise that students may experience circumstances that affect their ability to continue their studies. This policy outlines the process for requesting or applying deferment, suspension, or cancellation of enrolment in a fair and transparent manner.
Requests are assessed in accordance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 and applicable legislative requirements. Students will be informed in writing of decisions and any implications for fees, academic progress, or reporting obligations. Where applicable, students are provided with the opportunity to appeal decisions in line with our Complaints and Appeals Policy.
