Complaints and Appeals Policy

Milcom are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and accessible process for managing complaints and appeals. All complaints and appeals are handled in accordance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 and principles of natural justice.

Complaints and appeals may be lodged by students or other stakeholders and will be addressed promptly, objectively, and confidentially.

There is no cost to lodge a complaint or appeal.

Outcomes and reasons for decisions will be provided in writing.

If an internal resolution cannot be reached, complainants have the right to access an independent external review process.
