Skills First

MILCOM is an authorised provider under the Skills First program, which is open to qualified Victoria residents.

Training providers offer subsidised courses, and skill sets and in return students pay less for their education.

The program offers all eligible Victorians access to focused, pertinent training, funding for students who want further assistance, and high-quality training that is reliable, in line with industry demands, and suitable for students.
