The BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management is designed for business owners, contractors and senior managers working in the Australian telecommunications industry who seek to expand their leadership and management skills. This qualification is suited for individuals who possess substantial experience in management roles, but seek to further develop their skills across a range of leadership and management functions with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters. They may use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

Course Duration
This qualification is delivered face-to-face at the MILCOM training centre over 75 weeks (not including holiday breaks).Mode of delivery
Learners will work through course material with a trainer and complete assessments during class and during non-class allocated time. Classes may be scheduled at alternative, mutually convenient and suitable locations and contextualised for a sufficiently large group of participants.
