The BSB51415 Diploma of Project Management qualification is designed for business owners, contractors, supervisors and managers who work in the Australian telecommunications Industry who seek to gain project management skills. This qualification is suited for individuals who possess substantial experience in a range of settings, but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of project functions. This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply project management skills and knowledge. They may manage projects in a variety of contexts, across a number of industry sectors. They may have project leadership and/or management roles and are likely to be responsible for achieving project objectives. They are likely to possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical and managerial competencies to initiate, plan, execute and evaluate their own work and/or the work of others.

Learning Outcomes

After completion of this course and all assessments, you will be issued with the Nationally Recognised Qualification BSB51415 Diploma of Project Management.

Course Duration

This qualification is delivered face-to-face at the MILCOM training centre over 48 weeks (not including holiday breaks).

Mode of delivery

Learners will work through course material with a trainer and complete assessments during class and during non-class allocated time. Classes may be scheduled at alternative, mutually convenient and suitable locations and contextualised for a sufficiently large group of participants.
MILCOM ensures to satisfy the requirement of amount of learning and AQF volume of learning for this course which includes all teaching, learning and assessment activities that are required to be undertaken by the learner to achieve the learning outcomes.

Entry Requirements

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. Applicant will be required to successfully complete an ACSF language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) assessment.
